This pretty playful little thoroughbred foal, so young so innocent, exploring the  world for the first time. Seeing foals going through their stages of their new life. Developing their personalities so early. 

This painting is part of the series of portraying our Equine Athletes personalities

and was inspired by a photo of the talented Zuzanna Lupa, and her stunning Thoroughbred photography. 

 

ABOUT THE ARTIST 

Lena is a former equestrian that has always been practicing art her whole life, she expresses herself in many different medias and  her choice to portray horses was of course very dear to her heart.  Born in Sweden, she moved around a lot and is currently situated in  Wellington Florida where she and her husband lives with their two Rhodesian Ridgback boys.
